How OEM works

We design and produce to our own standards. Send a drawing, a sample, or just a description of what you need, and we'll advise on the best build, confirm the specification with you, and produce it under our own quality control.

The design, the drawings, and the technical specification are ours, down to the steel grade, the thickness, and the coating. Nothing goes into your order that we have not specified and approved. Production runs on dedicated lines in Turkey under our supervision, and we inspect every order before it is loaded. You can appoint SGS, Bureau Veritas, or any third party you trust to carry out a pre-shipment inspection at your own cost. More on how we work is on our About page.

There's no minimum order, apart from private-label branding that needs a one-off setup, and you can order a sample first. For full ordering terms, see Export & logistics.

Custom steel lockers and metal cabinets

A steel locker or cabinet is built to the job. Compartment count and layout, door type, lock, color, feet, shelves, rails, and hooks are all set per order. Steel thickness runs from 0.50 mm to 0.90 mm.

The widest we can build is 1350 mm. Height goes up to 2200 mm and depth up to 800 mm. Width is the binding limit, not height, which is the opposite of what most buyers expect. Locker bodies hang horizontally on the coating line we use, so anything wider will not pass through and will not turn. Height is not a problem for the same reason, and a locker 2200 mm tall is fine.

At depths around 500 mm and above, a full hanging rail can replace the coat hooks.

There are things we will not do. A 1.5 mm thickness is not suitable for the spot-welded construction we use. Anything wider than 1350 mm will not go through the coating line. Where a request does not suit a locker build, we say so and point you to the medium duty shelving we supply instead.

Custom archive cabinets

Archive cabinets share a 920 × 410 mm body across the range, and what changes is the height and what goes inside. The two-door cabinet is built at 800, 1000, 1200, 1300, and 1980 mm, with doors hinged or sliding and each leaf solid or glazed. The multi purpose cabinet takes the same body at 1980 mm and splits it with a vertical divider you position where you need it, a hanging rail with three metal hooks one side and a column of shelves the other. A shelf under the rail and ventilation are both added on request rather than fitted as standard.

Filing drawer cabinets run on a 465 × 620 mm body in two, three, four, and five drawer builds, at 710, 1020, 1330, and 1640 mm. Every drawer is 310 mm, runs on telescopic slides, and takes A4 and foolscap hanging files. One central lock secures every drawer on one key, and a wall bracket can be made so a tall cabinet is fixed back to the wall.

Compact mobile archive is configured rather than chosen. Bays are 1000 mm wide and 2170 mm high in three depths, 300 mm single sided, 600 mm double sided, and 630 mm with wheel driven doors. Rows are built at 2000, 3000, and 4000 mm, and a system runs from a single bay to four bays. The 50 × 16 mm floor rails are supplied with the system and we provide the rail layout drawing for your floor. Bodies are 0.80 mm as standard and go to 1.0 or 1.2 mm, and nothing thinner than 0.80 mm is used on these systems.

Across the range the lock is key operated at three points, with a padlock hasp or an electronic lock on request, shelves carry 30 to 35 kg and up to 60 to 70 kg reinforced, and RAL 7035 light gray is standard with any RAL on request.

Custom school furniture

For school furniture, sizes are set across age groups from kindergarten to lecture halls, with seat and frame colors matched to your project and desks and tables in single or double formats. See school furniture.

Custom metal bunk beds

Bunk beds are among our most flexible products. Bed size, overall height, under bed clearance, and rail count are all set per order, and loft models take a desk, wardrobe, or workstation underneath. Profile thickness is set to the load, and any RAL color is available. See the metal bunk beds range.

Custom wooden cabinets and office furniture

Wood works differently from steel. There is no fixed model list, so every unit is made to the specification of your project.

The internal layout is set to the job. Shelves, hanging rails, glass or plexiglass doors, and open and closed combinations in one unit are all specified per order.

Standard decors are maple, white, oak, and walnut. Send a reference for anything else and we find the closest available match, then confirm it with you before anything is cut. Doors can mix decors within one unit.

Standard sizes are 80, 115, and 185 cm tall, 40 or 80 cm wide, and 36 cm deep. Custom sizes are made to order.

On an 80 cm unit the back panel can be a single piece or two 40 cm pieces joined with a plastic connector. The two-piece back lets a flat-packed unit pack smaller, which is a real freight saving on volume orders.

The same board system carries into our office furniture, with desk and workstation sizes, board thickness, and melamine patterns matched to your project. Simple models are flexible to adjust. Designs that need special tooling are reviewed and quoted separately as OEM projects. See office furniture.

Shelving and racking, configured to your project

Shelving and racking we supply rather than produce, and we configure it around your space. Pallet racking is laid out from your floor plan and load. Supermarket shelving follows a module system, with heights built from back panel modules on standard unit widths, so there is real flexibility within the standard dimensions. Any RAL color on request. See the shelving and racking range.

Private-label branding

We can produce lockers, cabinets, bunk beds, and furniture under your own brand. How branding is priced depends on the method you choose.

Embossed or stamped

Pressed into the steel, so it cannot be scratched off and it survives repainting. There is a one off setup cost for your logo, and a minimum quantity.

Sticker or metal badge

Charged per part, and on larger quantities that cost may be waived.

Send us your logo and the finish you want, and we'll recommend the most cost-effective option.

Send us your specification

Share the product, sizes, quantity, color, and any branding, and we'll advise on the best build and prepare a quote.
