From a single full-height compartment up to 50 phone cells. Widths run 300 to 1300 mm at a 400 mm depth, in 1850 and 1900 mm bodies on 100 mm legs. Cold-rolled DC01 at 0.70 mm as standard, with a lower-cost Economic build at 0.60 mm on six of the ten models. Padlock hasp as standard, key or electronic locking on request, and 12 standard RAL colors.

One 920 × 410 mm body in five heights from 800 to 1980 mm, with hinged or sliding doors, each leaf solid or glazed. Filing drawer cabinets on a 465 × 620 mm body in two, three, four, and five drawer builds from 710 to 1640 mm. Compact mobile archive runs on 1000 × 2170 mm bays in three depths, from a single bay to four bay systems.

Chairs at 540 × 450 × 810 mm on a 460 mm seat, in 12 shell colors. Single student desks at 700 × 500 × 760 mm and teacher desks at 1400 × 700 × 750 mm. Desk and chair sets come in three age group heights, the desk at 64, 70, and 76 cm with seats at 35, 42, and 46 cm. Drawings for this range are supplied with the quotation.
All three are 980 mm wide, 2080 to 2122 mm long, and 1709 to 1880 mm high, with 739 to 870 mm of clearance between the beds. Every model separates into two single beds. The frames carry a heavier electrostatic coat at 80 to 120 microns, because a bed is handled and moved far more than a locker is.

An executive desk set built around a 2500 × 1800 mm desk with an attached side unit, a six-door cabinet, and a coffee table. Workstations on a 1800 × 800 mm desk, as a single, a back to back pair, or a four person cluster. A boat shaped meeting table at 2200 × 1100 × 750 mm. No fixed model list, because every unit is built to the layout of your project. Bodies, shelves, and doors are 18 mm melamine-faced board with an 8 mm back, at 80, 115, and 185 cm high including the 5 cm adjustable feet. Four standard decors, maple, white, oak, and walnut. Supplied and configured rather than built to our drawings. Pallet racking carries up to 4000 kg UDL per level, medium duty shelving up to 800 kg, and supermarket shelves 80 to 100 kg per level. Medium duty runs to 6000 mm high in depths of 300 to 900 mm. Drawings for this range are supplied with the quotation.

The steel is cold-rolled DC01 to EN 10130, made in Turkey, at 0.70 mm as standard on lockers and cabinets, with the thickness we quote used on every part rather than only the door. Steel parts carry a UV-resistant powder coat at 60 to 80 microns in 12 standard RAL colors or any RAL on request, and the bunk beds carry a heavier coat at 80 to 120 microns. Our quality management is certified to ISO 9001:2015, with a scope that covers the manufacture and sale of steel and wooden furniture. It is a management-system certificate, not a product approval.
There is no fixed minimum order, and orders under €2,000 carry a €150 customs handling fee. Samples are available, with the sample cost credited back on your confirmed order.
