Sizes, shelving, and locking are set to the room and the filing you keep, so send us the layout and we work the configuration around it.
Thickness is measured without the coating and it is carried through every panel, the sides, the back, and the shelves, not only the door.

Metal cabinets go into offices, record rooms, archives, institutions, and schools, along with any space where paper and files need secure organized steel storage. A cabinet suits a working office where files move in and out every day, while a compact mobile archive suits a room that has to hold years of records in a fixed footprint. Ordering
- No fixed minimum order. Orders under €2,000 carry a €150 customs handling fee.
- Payment: 30% advance and 70% before loading. A confirmed, irrevocable L/C at sight is also accepted.
- Production is 10 to 15 days from order confirmation on archive and multi purpose cabinets, and 15 to 20 days on filing drawer cabinets and compact mobile archive. Add transit for your route, and allow longer on high mixes.
- Packing and container loading are confirmed with each quotation.
- Samples are available, with the sample cost credited back on your confirmed order.

Frequently asked questions
How long is delivery?
Production is 10 to 15 days from order confirmation on archive and multi purpose cabinets, and 15 to 20 days on filing drawer cabinets and compact mobile archive. Add transit time for your route, and allow longer on high color and variant mixes.
Can you make custom sizes?
Yes. Body sizes, shelf counts, and configurations can all be produced to your specification.
Which lock options are available?
A key lock is standard and it secures the door at three points, top, bottom, and side. A padlock hasp or an electronic lock with PIN, card, or fingerprint is available on request, the same electronic options as our lockers.
Do the filing drawers lock separately?
No. A single central lock secures all drawers in the cabinet.
Do we have to do anything to the floor first?
Nothing. The floor rails come with the compact archive system and are fitted on site, and we provide the layout details with your order.
