Export documents

Every shipment comes with a commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and the relevant transport document, such as a CMR for road, a bill of lading for sea, or an air waybill. A.TR or EUR.1 movement certificates are provided where applicable. Material and coating certificates are available on request, as detailed on Quality & materials.

Packaging and capacity

Every range is packed the way it travels best, so what leaves the line depends on what you ordered.

  • Steel lockers and metal cabinets ship assembled, wrapped in stretch and bubble film.
  • Metal bunk beds ship in stretch film with corner cardboard protection, loaded on pallets, and some models load as boxed pallets.
  • Shelving and racking ships knock down on pallets, packed for sea or road. Uprights can be supplied flat with one assembled sample as a reference, or fully assembled on request.
  • School furniture packs desks and chairs separately, with the quantity per pack confirmed by model.
  • Office furniture ships unassembled, each part stretch wrapped with corner protection, then boxed in cartons cut to the parts.
  • Wooden lockers and cabinets ship flat-packed or assembled, whichever you prefer.
  • Archive, multi purpose, and filing drawer cabinets ship assembled and stretch wrapped.
  • Compact mobile archive systems ship knock down, with bodies and shelves boxed.

A truck loaded to the tail, pallets stacked two high.

We plan container loading to make the most of each 20-foot or 40-foot container. For volume, our typical output is around 1,000–1,200 units of a single type per month, scaling to about 2,000 when a project needs it.

Lead times

  • Steel lockers and metal cabinets run 10 to 15 days from order confirmation for a full truckload, longer for high mixes.
  • Archive cabinets run 10 to 15 days on archive and multi purpose cabinets, and 15 to 20 days on filing drawer cabinets and compact mobile archive.
  • Metal bunk beds run 15 to 20 days for a full truckload of the standard or economic model, and 20 to 25 days for the demountable.
  • School furniture runs 7 to 25 days depending on the model, and each product page states its own.
  • Office furniture runs 10 to 20 days for a full truckload, longer for high mixes.
  • Wooden lockers and cabinets run 20 to 25 days and vary with the specification. Wood is made to order, so it runs longer than steel.
  • Shelving and racking depends on the system and the quantity, so we confirm it with your layout and quote.
  • Add transit for your route on every range.

Net weights come from our own weight table and carry a production tolerance. Gross weights and packed dimensions are approximate and depend on the packing method. Steel lockers ship fully assembled, protected with stretch film and bubble wrap.

Every model has its own loading plan, worked out from its weight and its crush risk. Lighter units are laid flat and stacked. Heavier ones stand upright so nothing is crushed, and the space above them is filled with units laid horizontally, in whichever orientation takes more. That is why the 40 foot figure is not a fixed multiple of the 20 foot figure across the range. The quantities come from our actual loading practice and are not derived from the single-unit CBM figure.

Packing and loading data for our other product ranges is shared with your quotation.

Wooden lockers are made to each project's specification, so packing data is confirmed with the quotation. Weights and volumes depend on whether the units ship assembled or flat-packed.

Loading quantities come from actual loading practice, units laid flat and stacked, not from single-unit volume math. Net and gross weights are approximate (±2 kg). The same figures are on the archive cabinet datasheet and the filing drawer cabinet datasheet.

Metal bunk bed packing and loading data

Approximate net and gross weight, and how many bunks load into each container palletized, for the three models on the metal bunk beds range.

Model Net weight(approx.) Gross weight(approx.) 20′ DC 40′ HC Truckload
Standard Metal Bunk Bed58.5 kg60 kg50110143
Economic Metal Bunk Bed51.5 kg53 kg115230300
Demountable Metal Bunk Bed56.5 kg58 kg230400400

These are the palletized figures, which is how we load as standard, because pallets load and unload faster. A few more bunks fit loose in the leftover space where the highest count per load matters, and each model page gives that figure. The demountable publishes one figure per container rather than two, since its load is capped by weight rather than by space.

Warranty

Two years against manufacturing faults, running from the delivery date.

How to claim

  1. Send us photos of the fault and your packing list reference.
  2. We review and confirm within 5 working days.
  3. Confirmed manufacturing faults are replaced at our cost. Replacements ship with your next order, or separately at our cost if there is none.

What it does not cover

Normal wear, misuse, and damage in transit. Transit damage is a shipping matter, not a manufacturing fault. Under CIF and CIP we arrange the insurance. Under the other Incoterms you arrange it. Either way, note any visible damage on the CMR or the bill of lading before you sign for the shipment, or the claim cannot be made.

Ordering terms

No minimum order

Order what your project needs. The one exception is private-label branding that needs a one-off setup, which we agree case by case.

Small orders

Orders under €2,000 carry a €150 customs handling fee. This fee does not apply to samples.

Samples

Available before you order. You cover the sample and its shipping. The sample cost is credited back on a confirmed order.

Payment

Our standard terms are 30% advance payment and 70% before the loading date. We also accept a confirmed, irrevocable letter of credit at sight. On larger orders, an advance payment can be combined with an L/C for the balance. Terms are confirmed with each quotation.

Payment security

Our bank details do not change. We send them once, on a signed proforma invoice. All our accounts are held in Turkey, in the company name SOURESA DIŞ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ. We do not hold accounts anywhere else, we never ask you to pay a third party, and we do not accept cryptocurrency in any form.

If you ever see different bank details, in an email, on an invoice, or in an attachment, stop and do not transfer anything. Email accounts can be compromised, and a fraudulent invoice can look exactly like a real one, sent from the real address.

Call us on the number on our Contact page, not a number given in the email, and confirm the account by voice. Then wait for written confirmation from us. We will never ask you to pay to a new account.
