Every model is steel with an electrostatic powder coat, 80 to 120 microns, in any RAL color on request. All of them stack as a bunk or separate into two single beds. Made in Turkey.

We also build loft variants to order, a single sleeper over a desk or over a wardrobe. These are made to the room rather than sold as catalog models, so send us the layout and we will work the sizes out with you.

Where it's used

Metal bunk beds suit dormitories, staff and worker housing, hostels, and boarding schools, along with relief and defense housing projects. These are rooms where beds stay in service every day and get moved, stripped, and cleaned constantly. The welded steel build is chosen for that kind of daily use, and the knock-down model suits sites where the beds have to be carried in and assembled on the floor.

On the relief camp project, 2,000 beds based on the Economic Metal Bunk Bed were taken back apart in 2024 after a year in service and went into store as components for use on other sites.

Ordering

  • No fixed minimum order. Orders under €2,000 carry a €150 customs handling fee.
  • Payment: 30% advance and 70% before loading. A confirmed, irrevocable L/C at sight is also accepted.
  • Lead time is typically 15 to 20 days for a full truckload of the standard or economic model, and 20 to 25 days for the demountable, from order confirmation.
  • Packing is stretch film with corner protection, loaded on pallets, with boxed pallets on some models. Packing data is confirmed with each quotation.
  • Samples are available, with the sample cost credited back on your confirmed order.
  • Backed by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing faults.

Frequently asked questions

How long is delivery?

Lead time is typically 15 to 20 days for a full truckload of the standard or economic model, and 20 to 25 days for the demountable, from order confirmation, plus transit time for your route.

Can you make custom sizes?

Yes. Bed size, height, and configuration can all be produced to your specification.

Can the under-bed height be changed?

Yes. The rail connections can be reduced or raised to adjust the clearance under the beds.

Can the bunk be split into two single beds?

Yes. All three published bunk models stack as a bunk or separate into two single beds. Loft variants are single sleeper by design.

Do you have round tube models?

Our standard range is steel profile. Round tube models are available on request.
