Multi Purpose Cabinet
One cabinet that hangs and shelves at the same time. A vertical divider splits the 920 × 410 × 1980 mm body into a hanging side, with a rail and three metal hooks, and a column of shelves. Made in Turkey in cold-rolled DC01 steel, and made to the size the room asks for.
What is inside it
One fixed shelf runs across the full width at the top, above the divider, so the long items that fit nowhere else have a home. Below it the divider takes over. One side is open for hanging, with a rail and three metal hooks, and it runs clear to the base so a full-length coat has room. The other side is a column of three shelves.
That mix is why it ends up in so many rooms. A single cabinet takes the coats, the files, and the equipment that a wardrobe and a shelf unit would otherwise handle between them, on one 920 mm face with one key.
Three rooms, one cabinet
Nothing changes between these three except what goes in. The same body, the same divider, and the same shelves handle staff clothing in an office, a classroom store, and a cleaning cupboard.
Configured rather than chosen
There is one standard height at 1980 mm, but the height is not the only thing that moves. The whole cabinet is made to size, width, depth, and height together, and the shelf count and the spacing between the shelves follow from it. The divider goes where you want the split.
On the hanging side, a shelf can be added under the rail. That splits the side into a hanging section and a shelf below it, which suits a room where only jackets hang and the floor space under them is wasted. In place of the rail with three metal hooks we can supply plastic hooks on their own, or a rail together with hooks. Ventilation is not fitted as standard and can be added.

Frequently asked questions
Can the cabinet be made to a different size?
Yes, and this is the point of it. The width, the depth, and the height are all set to the room rather than picked from a list, and the shelf count and the spacing between the shelves change with them.
Where does the divider sit?
Wherever you need it. It runs vertically and splits the cabinet into a hanging side and a shelf side, so the two sides can be any proportion you ask for.
How many shelves come with it?
Four. One fixed shelf runs across the full width at the top, above the divider, and three sit in the shelf column.
Can a shelf be added under the hanging rail?
Yes. As standard the hanging side is open all the way down, and a shelf can be added under the rail on request, which splits that side into a hanging section and a shelf below it.
What does a shelf carry?
Thirty to thirty-five kilos as standard, and sixty to seventy when reinforced. That is the same shelf we use across the steel range.
Is it ventilated?
Not as standard. Ventilation can be added, so tell us at the order stage if the cabinet is holding workwear or anything else that needs air.
What can replace the rail and hooks?
Plastic hooks on their own, or a rail together with hooks. The standard build is the rail with three metal hooks.
How does the lock work?
A key operated lock that secures the door at three points, top, bottom, and side. A padlock hasp is available on request, as is an electronic lock with PIN, card, or fingerprint.
Which colors are available?
RAL 7035 light gray is the standard, and any RAL is available on request.
How long is delivery?
Lead time is 10 to 15 days from order confirmation, and we confirm the date with your quotation.
Can you produce under our own brand?
Yes. Private label is possible, and we discuss the tooling cost and the minimum quantity with you. Your logo can also go on the packaging, reviewed by quantity, and there is no extra charge if you supply your own packaging.
